Emily, graduating from Merion Mercy Academy, committed to rowing for George Washing University.
In addition to being a dedicated rower, she holds several leadership positions at Merion Mercy, including serving on the Ministry Team as an advisor. She is also vice president of the Catherine McAuley chapter of the National Honors Society, a student leader of the Blue Key Society’s leadership team and Mercy mission Corps. She is also a service director for her school Environmental Club and a member of the Rho Kappy Honor Society.
Jayanna joins her classmate in Division I, playing lacrosse for Fairleigh Dickinson University starting in the fall!
In addition to excelling in lacrosse, Jayanna has dedicated her time at Archbishop Carroll to community service through participation in projects like the school’s PatrioTHON, a 12-hour dance event that benefits the Children’s Miracle Network at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Catholic Relief Services, and the Catholic Charities Appeal. She also serves her school through her work on stage crew and participation in the Diversity Club.
