At OMC Parish School, we are blessed with many excellent models of leadership.  Parents exhibit leadership through the Home and School Association and its many committees, events, and efforts. The Board of Limited Jurisdiction, made up of administrators, parents, and community leaders, exhibits leadership in forging and fostering the strategic school plan. Our Faculty exhibits leadership every day in the classrooms. Through the Code of Courtesy, our students progressively learn and grow in their leadership skills with each passing grade (including opportunities such as Student Council and volunteering in the Community) while modeling leadership skills to the younger students.

We are particularly blessed with exceptional pastoral and administrative leadership.  The rest of us just follow their fine example.
