OMC Parish School prides itself on educating the whole student: academically, emotionally and spirituality.  Part of that is our Call to Service, and our Spirituality Committee works with teachers to incorporate the Works of Mercy into classroom lessons.  Look here for updates on service opportunities – we hope to see you there!

Upcoming Spirituality and Service Opportunities:

May and June events***

Saturday, May 4th, 11:00am Celebration of the Sacrament of First Holy Communion at OMC Church.
Tuesday, May 7th, 2:00pm May procession in honor of Mary, Mother of God. Procession will begin in the parking lot and conclude with the crowning of Mary and a prayer service in the Church.
Thursday, May 9th, 1:30pm Easter liturgy. Please join us for our Easter mass which is being planned and served by the 5th grade.
Saturday, May 18th,   9:30-11:00am– Spring visitation Day with the Saint Vincent de Paul society. Students will accompany Saint Vincent de Paul society members as they deliver flowers and cards made by the 3rd grade. The students will then stay and talk for a little before returning to school. This service opportunity is open to 6th-8th graders and parents are encouraged to attend.  

Thursday, May 30th, 12:10 Ascension Thursday Mass. Please join us on this Holy Day of Obligation as we Celebrate the Ascension of Jesus. This mass is being served and planned by the 6th grade.
Saturday, June 1st, 11:30-2:30. Face to Face Meal service. 7th and 8th graders are invited to volunteer to serve a meal at Face to Face in Germantown. Spots are limited so please RSVP to Mr. Cillo prior to the event.
Wednesday, June 12th, 9:00am School confessions. Catholic students will be given the opportunity to go to confession one last time prior to summer break.
Friday June 14th, 9:00am Closing school liturgy planned and served by the 7th grade.
