Our Mother of Consolation School provides an extended-day program known as CARES (Children Are Receiving Extended Services). This program provides professional care and supervision through a variety of academic, recreational, and enrichment activities. It is held from 3:00pm to 6:00pm each school day and serves members of our parish and school community who desire a Catholic school education and after-school care. During CARES, time is set aside for homework, snacks, indoor and outdoor recreation, and other projects. It is open to children who attend Our Mother of Consolation School from 4-year old Pre K through 6th Grade.

**The last day of CARES for 2016-17 is JUNE 8, 2018.

***We are now accepting CARES registration for the 2017-18 school year.  Space is limited –  All required paperwork is in the links below.  Please send all forms to the attention of Mrs. Felicia Maisey, CARES Co-ordinator.

***Reminder:  The $25 registration fee (per family) must be included with the forms for a registration to be considered complete.

All policies and procedures for CARES are outlines in our CARES Parent Handbook.  Please refer to the handbook for any questions.

Payment plans for CARES are flexible. Fees are billed at the beginning of each trimester and are due monthly in a trimester. Each trimester consists of three months.

Families can choose from 1-5 days per week, or they can purchase 10 sessions per trimester that can be used when needed. Please see the OMC Cares Fees memo and OMC 2018-2019 registration form for more details and new rates.  Please be aware that these fees are per trimester.  Plans may only be changed at the start of the new trimester.

If children are picked up late, a surcharge of $10 for every 15 minutes per child will be applied after 6:00pm.
